We’re proud to be partnering with Defiant Digital, a Sydney-based performance agency that supports over 300 high‑growth DTC and eCommerce businesses. They are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Executive to convert inbound demand into long‑term client partnerships.

THE ROLE

This is a growth‑focused sales role centered around converting inbound opportunities into signed agency engagements.

You will focus on building relationships with qualified leads, understanding commercial objectives, and guiding businesses through the sales process with confidence and clarity. You will not be responsible for campaign execution or day‑to‑day account management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and convert high‑quality inbound leads
Build tailored proposals and commercial recommendations
Lead discovery and strategy conversations with senior stakeholders
Present confidently to founders and executive teams
Work closely with leadership to progress opportunities through the pipeline
Contribute to the continued growth of one of Australia’s leading performance agencies

You’ll maintain a healthy pipeline and move quick, communicating value clearly and bringing a strategic commercial mindset to every conversation. ABOUT YOU

You have spent at least four years in a closing role at a digital agency or performance marketing firm, have closed deals of significant size, and can walk anyone through your best pitch with clarity and conviction.

You understand performance marketing as a service category from the inside, build your own proposals, and are comfortable in front of founders. You are self‑directed and accountable to numbers.

You enjoy helping businesses grow, thrive in a fast‑moving setting, and are excited by the prospect to join an agency with strong momentum and a highly regarded client base.
