About the role
We're seeking an experienced trust accounting professional with strong WinBEAT expertise to take on a senior role overseeing trust ledger operations across a large, multi entity portfolio. What you'll be doing
Managing the accuracy and integrity of trust accounting across multiple ledgers and entities
Supporting month end close and reporting processes
Resolving unallocated cash, reconciliation discrepancies, and processing exceptions
Contributing to audit preparation and compliance documentation
Working closely with WinBEAT across day to day operations, with the opportunity to guide and support others using the system
Acting as a go to resource for complex trust accounting and system related queries
What we're looking for
Strong, current experience working within WinBEAT, (essential)
A solid background in trust accounting, ideally within insurance broking (preferrd)
Confidence taking ownership of processes and driving accuracy at scale
Experience leading or mentoring others is highly regarded, though we're equally open to a solid technical specialist ready to grow into a leadership remit
A calm, process driven approach suited to a high volume, deadline focused environment
