Exercise Scientist – Occupational & Pre-Employment Health Assessments

Djinda Health, fully certified indigenous company, is seeking an Exercise Scientist or Enrolled Nurse to join our growing occupational health and pre-employment medical clinic.

Prime prospect for someone returned to the work force or possibly a job-share position for a university student who is able to work the hours of 9.00am until 3.30pm.

This role would be well suited for a motivated clinician who enjoys structured assessments, accurate reporting, and supporting workplace health outcomes in a professional medical environment.

About the Role

You will assist in delivering functional and musculoskeletal components of pre-employment and occupational health assessments.

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting physical capacity and functional testing
Performing musculoskeletal screening assessments
Supporting cardiovascular and fitness-based evaluation components
Accurate documentation of clinical findings
Reviewing assessment forms for completeness and quality




Providing qualified candidate care and explicit communication
Working closely with our medical and administrative team

About You

Detail-focused with strong clinical documentation habits
Confident working within structured assessment protocols
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and clinical standards
Degree-qualified Exercise Scientist (ESSA accreditation preferred)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to accuracy and reporting
Experience in occupational health or functional testing (desirable)
