What you’ll do
Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
Build robust relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
Capture and share competitor insights and on‑the‑ground opportunities
Report on store‑level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you




3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful; experience is preferred)
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship‑builder with a proactive, hands‑on approach
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Able to travel across your territory
