Key Responsibilities
Engage customers via phone, email, and live chat to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and attentive listening.
Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure coverage is correct and identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
Assist with policy amendments, renewals, and claims, guiding customers through the process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors for optimal customer guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging tone.
Robust problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.




Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
Knowledge of insurance products and policies is highly desirable but not essential.
Positive attitude and genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
