About the Role

Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury lodge settings.

From relaxed breakfasts to refined evening dining, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest moments through attentive, personalised service and a passion for food and wine.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across restaurant and bar
Creating a warm, engaging and skilled guest experience
Supporting service across all dining periods
Assisting with wine service and guest recommendations
Maintaining high standards of presentation and attention to detail
Working collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

You are a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a premium workplace.

You will ideally have:
Experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
A solid interest in food, wine and guest service
Impeccable presentation and attention to detail




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-focused approach
