About The Role
Learn how paid advertising actually works — Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the strategy behind them
Create casual, fun, behind‑the‑scenes content of the team for our own social media channels




Help manage and grow Maximize Marketing’s social presence across platforms
Work closely with our team on live client campaigns and real ad spend

Bubbly, energetic personality — someone who brings valuable energy to the office
Basic understanding of social media formatting (stories, reels, posts)
Comfortable in front of a camera or being part of content creation
Eager to learn and take initiative — no experience needed, just drive

The details
Location: Condell Park, NSW 2200 (in‑office)
Hours: 3 days per week, 8 hours per day (24 hrs/week)
