The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
Step up operationally and help deliver robust results across every shift

What We're Looking For
Previous Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience is ideal,



but robust Department Managers with 2+ years leadership experience are encouraged to apply
A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
Solid communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience
Someone who takes pride in developing others and building strong teams
A growth mindset and hunger to progress your career
