LOCATION : BEAUDESERT Experience with thoroughbred racehorses essential. Accommodation available.

Applicants must be already be based in Australia and eligible to work. Working Holiday Makers welcome, must have at least 6 months remaining on visa.

Applicants must have suitable experience working with horses and must be a reliable and effective worker with an attention to detail.

Duties will include:
Grooming and washing horses
Walking horses
Saddling horses
Race Day attendance
Swimming horses
General reliable duties
Feed and watering horses in boxes and paddocks
General farm duties

Most importantly we are looking for a person who demonstrates very positive horse handling skills, a willingness to integrate themselves into the team, is honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Applicants must be available to work early morning shifts, afternoons, and weekends.

Queensland Racing Stable Hand license is essential. If you do not have a current license you must be willing to obtain one.

Rate of pay will be in accordance with the successful applicants' experience and ability.
