We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to join our friendly, high-performing team.
With a large range of quality used vehicles in stock, you will have an excellent opportunity to achieve strong sales results while providing an outstanding customer experience.
This position is suited to an established automotive salesperson who can confidently manage the complete sales process and contribute positively to our team culture.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and budget.
Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage enquiries and follow up prospective customers by phone and email.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Negotiate and close sales professionally.
Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer information within dealership systems.
Develop repeat business and generate customer referrals.
Maintain strong knowledge of the dealership's extensive used vehicle range.
Work collaboratively with the Sales, Finance and Aftercare teams.
Ensure the used vehicle display area is professionally presented.
About you
Experienced automotive salespeople only will be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A minimum of two years' sales experience with a proven record of success,



preferably within automotive sales.
A current WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson's Licence or Yard Manager's Licence.
A current and valid driver's licence, with the ability to drive manual vehicles.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
The ability to identify and understand customer needs.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach.
A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sound computer skills and professional written communication.
A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ability to contribute positively to a supportive team environment.
