About the role
MedTran NSW, a division of Able Corporate Transport is seeking an applicants as a Casual Injured Persons Driver to join our team in the Central Coast / Newcastle Region NSW.
This is a casual position that will involve transporting injured individuals to and from medical appointments and other essential appointments.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our clients.
What you'll be doing
Providing door-to-door transportation services for injured clients
Assisting clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, and any other special assistance they may require
Maintaining a clean and well-equipped late model vehicle to ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers
Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safe transport of clients
Providing a friendly and empathetic service to put clients at ease
Liaising with Managers to coordinate transportation schedules
What we're looking for
A valid driver's licence and a positive driving record
Current Car licence (C class) is required for this position
Experience in a customer service or patient transport role
Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or patient transport is essential




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient and empathetic demeanour
The ability to handle physically and emotionally demanding situations with care and professionalism
A commitment to providing the highest standard of service to our clients
Australian citizenship is required for this role
