We're looking for an experiencedLocum ECC Veterinary Nurseto support our team at ARH Brisbane from22 September through to 15 October ****.

Our ECC service operates from 4:00pm – 8:00am Monday to Friday, with 24-hour emergency cover across Saturdays and Sundays.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care within our busy emergency department.
You'll be hands‐on with a diverse caseload, providing advanced nursing care to critically ill and emergency patients while working collaboratively with our experienced clinical team.
You'll be supported by ECC Team Leader Tailah, Nursing Manager Jenna, and a close‐knit nursing team that values teamwork, high standards of patient care, and plenty of good banter along the way.
We're looking for someone with:




Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
A minimum of 3 years' experience working in Emergency & Critical Care
Availability to work overnight shifts throughout the locum period
Confidence nursing emergency and critically ill patients in a fast‐paced hospital environment
Proficiency in anaesthetic monitoring and nursing critical and ventilated patients advantageous
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Experience with RX Works, SmartFlow, and IDEXX laboratory equipment (advantageous)
