Job Description
Whatyou'lldo
Act as the main point of contact for your national portfolio of dealer clients, meeting with them regularly to ensure program compliance and service agreements are upheld.
Create and implement solutions that foster strong relationships with business owners and team members, collaborating with partners through meetings and reporting to promote best practices.
Show a solid understanding and motivation inmaintainingour partner network's performance standards, while continuously refining operational processes to maximise success.
Qualifications
Whatwe'relooking for
Proven experience in sales or performance management, with a strong record of achieving KPIs, preferably in an Account Management capacity.
Positive and articulate communicator, both written and verbal, skilled at cultivating sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders,



and adept at delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Proven ability to address and resolve issues efficiently through to completion.
Strong technicalproficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is consideredadvantageous.
