Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales.
We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators & Teachers to join our vibrantTahmoorService.
Positions:
Early Childhood Teacher- Full-time.Musthold a Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care & NESA Accreditation
Diploma Educators- Full-time.
Certificate III Educators- Full-time
About the Roles
As an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy.
As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our child-safe practices in all aspects of your role.
You will also collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances children's wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework.
Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and theECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders




Ensure ongoing compliance with theNational Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's skilled identity.
Maintain Mandatory Reporting responsibilities and requirements.
About you
Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation
Hold NESA Accreditation if ECT-qualified.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of theNational Quality Framework
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred)
Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid)
Commitment to upholding aChild SafeOrganisation and inclusive practices
Maintain Mandatory National Child Safety Training
Child Safety MattersAt Young Academics, we prioritise children's safety and wellbeing.
Our values, actions and decisions are guided by our genuine commitment to upholding the rights, interests, needs and voices of children in our care.
You will be required to provide a minimum of two professional referees as part of the recruitment process.
Young Academics conducts reference checks, will verify that you hold a valid WWCC for paid work, and confirms that you do not have any prohibition or statutory notices against you.
Young Academics uses CCTV in our centres and works closely with the regulatory authorities to report any child safety concerns.
