Amaze Early Education Beaudesert is seeking an experienced and passionateEarly Childhood Teacherto join our3-ECT professional teamand lead our second Kindergarten learning environment.
Working with children aged3–5 years, including funded Kindergarten and pre-Prep children, you will create an engaging, inclusive program that supports each child's individual development, interests and transition to school.
Our approach incorporatesReggio Emilia, nature play and our Bush Buddies program, providing meaningful learning experiences across our indoor and outdoor environments.
About the role
Lead and implement the Kindergarten program in collaboration with our ECT and Educator team.
Plan, observe, document and assess children's learning and development.
Create inclusive, engaging experiences aligned with theEYLF, QKLG and NQS.
Support individual children's needs while considering the needs of the wider group.
Build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Maintain appropriate professional communication boundaries and liaise effectively with theCentre Director and Educator team.
Contribute to our collaborativeAmaze ECT communityand ongoing career development.
What you'll bring
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education orACECQA-approved equivalent.




Strong knowledge of theEYLF, QKLG and NQS.
Experience in Kindergarten programming, planning, observation and documentation.
CurrentQueensland Blue Card and First Aid qualifications.
A genuine interest inReggio Emilia, nature play and child-led learning.
Strong professional communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
A commitment to inclusive practice and positive outcomes for every child.
