Key Responsibilities
Project Management:End-to-end management of project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and benefits realisation.
Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the central point of contact, collaborating across multiple business units (Asset Management, Facilities, Events) and external contractors.
Community & Place Engagement:Drive meaningful community engagement and handle sensitive community contexts to deliver lived-experience-informed design.
Governance & Reporting:Prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers, and governance materials for senior leadership and steering committees.




Financial Monitoring:Track and monitor budgetary spending against targets, continuously identifying cost efficiencies.
Skills & Experience Required
Qualifications:Tertiary degree in Project Management, Place Management, Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent contemporary experience).
Project Expertise:Proven experience delivering place-making or infrastructure projects within live public precinct environments.
Communication & Engagement:Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a track record of strong stakeholder management.
Systems Proficient:Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), project management tools, and CRM systems.
Licence:A valid Class C Driver's Licence.
