About the Role
Permanent Part time role, working 24 hours across 4 days (Mon-Thurs) based in our Goulburn office, with travel to our clients homes in the community.
Work with Aged care clients, completing initial and 3-monthly nursing reviews
Complete case notes and clinical documentation
Complete nursing interventions,



such as wound care, clinical escalation and medication concerns
Provide clinical support and advice to our case managers
About you
You have a Bachelor of Nursing, and a current AHPRA registration
Clinical experience; including wound care and catheter care
Experience working with aged care clients
You are able to work independently and within a team
You are able to travel to clients houses
Excellent communication shills, verbal and written
Willingness to learn a current system
