About the Role
InSync Chiropractic & Healthcare is looking for a warm, reliable and professionalRemedial Massage Therapistto join our allied health clinic in East Fremantle.
We are looking for the right therapist to help grow the remedial massage side of the clinic alongside our chiropractic and naturopathic services.
The work is here — we already have an established clinic, existing patients, internal referral opportunities and a fully equipped treatment room.
We are looking for someone who is ready to come in, care for our patients, build strong rebooking habits and grow with us long term.
This role may be offered as either:
Permanent part-time employment, with a secure hourly base, superannuation, paid leave, Saturday penalty rates and bonus potential; or
Contractor arrangement, with a higher contractor rate negotiated depending on experience, provider status, availability and agreed structure.
We are open to discussing the arrangement that best suits the right candidate.
InSync Chiropractic & Healthcare is a calm, professional and patient-focused allied health clinic located in East Fremantle.
Our clinic offers chiropractic care, naturopathy and remedial massage.
We have an established patient base, internal referral opportunities, reception/admin support, online bookings and a professional treatment room ready to go.
This is not just a room-rental opportunity where you are left to build everything alone.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the clinic, work with our patients and grow with us over time.
Remuneration
For an employee arrangement, the role starts from:
$40 per hour Monday–Friday, plus superannuation
This works out to approximately$45 per hour total packageincluding superannuation.
Saturday work may be paid at a higher rate, depending on the agreed employment arrangement.
The role would start from approximately12 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow up to approximately25 hours per week by mutual agreement.
There is also the option to grow towardsfull-timefor the right person as patient demand builds.
For a contractor arrangement,



ahigher contractor ratecan be discussed depending on experience, provider status, availability and agreed structure.
We are looking for someone we can invest in long term.
The right candidate will be well supported, and there is a clear opportunity forincreased pay, additional bonuses, and growth within the clinicas they prove themselves, retain clients, and provide excellent care.

There is also the opportunity to earn additional weekly bonuses once you are established and seeing consistent patient numbers.

Once established, the right therapist has the ability to earn above the base rate through patient volume and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality remedial massage treatments
Provide relaxation-style massage where clinically appropriate
Create a calm, welcoming client experience
Maintain treatment notes and professional standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Clean and reset the treatment room after each appointment
Follow clinic procedures, policies, and systems
Work collaboratively with other health practitioners in the clinic
Essential requirements
Australian Diploma of Remedial Massage
Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Current First Aid and CPR
Eligibility for provider numbers with major private health funds, or willingness to apply
Professional association membership, or eligibility to obtain it
For contractor applicants, you will also need:
ABN
Your own insurance
Ability to invoice as a contractor
Highly regarded
Experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, osteopathy or multidisciplinary clinic
Cupping
Dry needling
Pregnancy massage training
Sports massage experience
Interest in musculoskeletal care and patient outcomes
