A proven track record in sales will be highly regarded

About the role
Attend pre-booked, in-home consultations
Assist customers in deciding / designing solutions tailored to their home and need
Build rapport, present solutions, and close sales

Duties and Responsibilities
Serving customers in our showroom. Helping them to select products, colours, finishes and textures
Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email,



Booking in quotes/installations
General administration/office duties such as answering the phones, responding emails, coping/scanning/printing
Taking payments, Data entry, General cleaning of showroom/displays
Ordering products, scheduling jobs, managing queries etc
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of the window furnishing industry (not necessary)
Knowledge of computers, MS Office, Multitasking skills, Positive problem-solving skills
Time management skills, Attention to detail, Be reliable, punctual, and well presented
Excellent Management support

Problem solving skill and Basic Carpentry Skills
Experience in installing Window furnishings / Security Doors
Experience in measuring and check measuring
A current car licence is required for this position
Candidates must either have a current police check or be eligible to obtain police clearance
