12‐month Parental Leave Contract | Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (Hybrid)
What if you could turn strategy into real market impact?
At WSP, we don't just talk about growth – we activate it.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Adviser to join our Australian Marketing & Communications team on a 12‐month parental leave contract, stepping into a pivotal role at the heart of how we take strategy to market.
This is a hands‐on, delivery‐focused opportunity for a senior marketer who thrives on ownership, pace and outcomes – someone who can quickly get across priorities and translate them into targeted, high‐quality marketing activity that supports our growth agenda.
The role
Sitting within our Enterprise business and reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications (Australia), this role plays a critical part in activating WSP's priority growth sectors.
You'll work at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, ensuring campaigns, partnerships and content are relevant to the Australian market and aligned to client and sector priorities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, can cut through complexity, and is comfortable taking accountability from planning through to delivery.
What you'll be responsible for
Translating global campaigns into locally relevant, targeted Australian marketing activity
Adapting messaging, content and channels to maximise impact across priority sectors
Leading and activating key partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes
Driving integrated marketing activity, bringing campaigns, events and content together in a cohesive way
Collaborating across a matrixed, global environment to deliver aligned and joined‐up outcomes
Using market and client insights to shape focused, high‐impact activity
Managing timelines and competing priorities, delivering consistently high‐quality work at pace
What we're looking for
You're an experienced B2B marketer who brings sound judgement, commercial awareness and a strong delivery mindset.
Your experience will showcase:
5–8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within skilled services or consulting
Proven experience delivering integrated marketing or campaign activity end‐to‐end
Experience working with partnerships, sponsorships or client engagement initiatives
Confidence operating within a complex or matrixed organisation
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
The ability to translate strategy into clear, practical marketing action
A focus on impact and outcomes, not just activity
Success looks like:
Marketing activity that is focused, aligned and well executed
Clear support for client engagement and growth priorities
Tangible value delivered to the business through marketing
