Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a clinical leadership role? Join the Primary Care Centre and Pandanus Ward at Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre, where you'll provide advanced nursing care, support multidisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful difference to patients across Bayside Health Service! Temporary full and part time roles available!
About This Role
About your role
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll combine advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our Primary Care Centre and Pandanus Ward.
In This Role You Will
Deliver advanced clinical assessment, care planning and treatment for urgent and complex presentations.
Provide leadership, guidance and clinical support to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate patient care while ensuring protected, efficient and evidence-based practice.
Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits and service development initiatives.
Support education, mentoring and professional development of nursing staff and students.
Contribute to roster coordination, change management and operational leadership as required.
Promote patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
Work across Bayside Health Service sites to support community healthcare delivery.
About You
You're a confident and compassionate Clinical Nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You Will Bring




Advanced clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Experience in urgent care, triage and Advanced Life Support.
Strong leadership, mentoring and team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Experience managing complex patient presentations within multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

About The Facility
Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre, Gundu Pa is a state-of-the-art public health facility for the Wynnum and Manly areas providing a range of services under one roof, including a 24-hour Primary Care Centre, Addiction and Mental Health, Allied Health, Breast Screen Queensland, Child Development, Chronic Disease, Oral Health and Specialist Outpatients. The 24-hour Primary Care Centre is a walk-in service and designed to treat less urgent/minor injuries and illnesses.
The Pandanus Ward is in Casuarina Lodge and comprises eight (8) general health care beds for the Wynnum and Manly community.
