Property Managers
Manage portfolios with structure, support, and realistic workloads
Strong systems, admin support, and leadership that actually backs you
Focus on service, retention, and clean portfolio management
Sales Associates (6 Months+ Experience)
Build momentum under strong agents and proven teams
Hands-on exposure to listings, buyers, and negotiations
Clear pathway to standalone sales
Sales Agents
List, sell, and grow your market presence
Work with agencies investing in growth, not standing still
Earn without ceilings and be rewarded for performance
What you'll be doing




Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing portfolios, campaigns, and transactions end-to-end
Handling negotiations, problem-solving, and day-to-day client needs
Prospecting, following up, and staying active in your market
Delivering a level of service that drives repeat and referral business
What matters (and what doesn't)

You'll need:
Relevant real estate experience (Property Management or Sales)
Current QLD Registration or Licence
Strong communication and ability to handle pressure
