Provide and deliver high quality physiotherapy services to health service patients consistent with ISLHD policies, procedures, guidelines and standards while working within a multidisciplinary team.

A little about us.
As a part of the new Shellharbour Hospital and Integrated Services Project, a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. The Warrawong Community Health Centre will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services.
Until the recent Community Centre is complete, some allied health services will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.

Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
Aged Care Check
Current AHPRA Registration
Valid NSW Drivers Licence
This is a temporarily funded position until 29 August **** with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
