Community Physiotherapist
to join a respected and growing
in-home aged care provider
supporting older Australians to remain safe, independent and connected within their own homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and delivering person-centred care within the community.
The Opportunity
Permanent part-time position
Three days per week -
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs
Service area extending as far south as
Port Kennedy
Flexible and autonomous working environment
Reimbursed kilometres for work-related travel

The Role
As the Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older adults within their own homes, helping clients maintain mobility, independence and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting mobility and functional assessments
Developing individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs
Supporting falls prevention and balance strategies
Providing mobility and equipment recommendations
Helping clients maintain independence with daily activities
Collaborating with clients, families and other healthcare professionals
Delivering evidence-based care tailored to each client's goals
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current
AHPRA registration
as a Physiotherapist
Experience within aged care, community, rehabilitation or a similar setting
A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
National Police Clearance
Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload
