What You'll Do:
As the
Manufacturing Finance Business Partner
you will:
Make a difference:
Partner with the Manufacturing sites and the Finance team to provide accurate & timely financial reports and identify drivers of value and opportunities for improvements / cost reductions
Innovate and solve problems:
Prepare accurate information/reports/insights to operations and finance teams within reporting deadlines
Key analysis of operational performance
Complete weekly/monthly manufacturing reporting
Complete month end assigned tasks – journals and balance sheet
Collaborate:
Aiding operational managers to prepare outlooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with capex pre and post capex financial reviews and analysis
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process improvement(s) in own area of responsibility and the wider Finance and Manufacturing Teams Assist in annual Revaluation Process across the Network
What You'll Bring:
CA or CPA qualified, with minimum of 5 years experience
Advanced excel skills
Proven cost/management accounting experience




Experience in preparation of annual plan and outlooks
Experience in data analysis and transformation of data into usable business information
Advanced business modelling skills
Experienced Experience with business partnering; works collaboratively based on strategic intent of the business
A 'natural' ***** leader – prioritise and focus, make tough calls, drive simplicity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days working from home, 3 days at the office (one day at each ITW site: Chirnside Park, Dandenong South, and Dandenong)
