Job description
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Technician/Cardiac Nurse to join the team at Western Heart Care.
A successful candidate will be an individual with an ability to demonstrate strong technical and communication skills with a common goal to provide an exceptional patient experience to our patients.
Duties
Performing of cardiac investigations such as ECGs, holter set up, stress testing, ambulatory BP monitor
Assist in holter analysis
Perform administrative tasks such as ordering clinical supplies/consumables
Take part in daily activities of a busy medical practice
Liaising with doctors
Requirements
Basic science knowledge and ability to learn technicalities of the cadiovascular system and the various tests we undertake
Basic computer skills
Be able to take direction and work harmoniously in a busy work environment
Be able to provide services to patients who might be anxious and unwell, in a professional, courteous and respectful manner
Hours of employment:
Part time with job share a possibility with flexibility a requirement
Hourly pay rate to be negotiated depending on previous experience
