Job Description
The Role
Greet and seat guests
Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials
Serve guests in a timely and qualified manner
Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
Provide guests with a memorable dining experience and build positive relationships with regular guests
Qualifications
Ideally you will have




Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
