THE ROLES
Following significant growth in our
Maintenance
teams across the
Perth Metro
area, we are currently recruiting for additional
Gardeners
and
Lead Gardeners
to join the team.
As a
Lead Gardener
, you will have at least 3 years of experience and be able lead and mentor members of your team. Ideally you will have a trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field,



and a current driver's license (preferably MR or HR).
As a
Gardener
, you'll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
Pest & disease control
Irrigation maintenance
Softscape upgrades
To be successful in either of these positions, you will be able to demonstrate:
An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and customers.
A high level of attention to detail.
You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.
