Customer Service Representative – Japanese Books Department (Part Time)
Permanent Part time – 2-4 days a week (approximately 24 hours)
Kinokuniya Bookstores of Australia is the largest retail bookstore in the Asia Pacific region, with over 100 operations worldwide. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we pride ourselves in being the largest bookstore in Australia with expansive space and specialised departments spanning from Comics to Art and Design.
We are currently hiring for the Japanese Books Department and are looking for someone with a passion for books and have excellent customer service skills.
Essential skills:
Excellence in Customer Service
Fluency in the Japanese Language (ability to read and write)
A passion for Japanese books; Including Manga, Illustration art work, Figurines, Light novels.
Flexibility
The ability to work in a team but also independently
Advantageous Skills:
Fluency in the Chinese Language (ability to read, write and type in BOTH Traditional and Simplified)
