We're searching for an enthusiastic team player with:
Proven success in leading and bringing out the best in your team
Strong child-safe experience and knowledge.
Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
Proven success in developing strong and meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff
Can work effectively in and manage a team, with excellent communication skills
A strong passion for the Early Childhood industry
Strong experience in programming, planning, creating learning experiences, and organisational skills
Creates a warm and inviting environment for children and families
What You Need to Apply:
Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma WT their ECT (in an ACECQA Recognised Course).
Current NSW Working with Children Check & Completed Geccko Mandatory Child Safety Training
An updated cover letter that highlights why you would like to join Little Seedlings and whether you're applying for a casual or permanent role.
An updated resume highlighting your experience
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
The ability to work as a Responsible Person (6:30am - 6pm).
