Our Private Tax & Advisory division partners with Australia's largest private entities, offering bespoke solutions that span tax compliance, strategic advisory, and commercial insights.
Your new role
1. Manager - you'll lead a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of private clients. You'll work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and drive the business, while mentoring and developing talent within the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading client engagements and delivering high-quality advisory services
Managing performance, careers, and development of staff
Building robust client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
2. Analyst - you'll support a talented group of Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base-from start-ups to large family groups. You'll be involved in:
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
Assisting with ATO and state tax compliance reporting




Supporting advisory engagements and client communications
Building direct client relationships and delivering outstanding service
Supervising and training junior staff
What you'll need to succeed
Manager -
4+ years advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm
CA qualification (or equivalent)
Proven leadership and team development experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
Analyst -
A strong interest in private tax and advisory services
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Progress toward CA or similar qualification is highly regarded
