Our ideal candidate would be well experienced in managing building projects within the commercial sector. Our project values generally vary between $5M and $35M.

About the Role
You'll take ownership of your project from site establishment through to completion, ensuring it's delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to Calida's high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Driving quality, programme and safety outcomes
Leading toolbox talks and site meetings




Building relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders
Liaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholders
Leading, mentoring and developing your site team
About You
You'll have:
A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (or similar)
Strong experience across fit out, refurbishment and current build projects within the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors
Experience managing projects involving councils and other external stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
White Card and First Aid/CPR certification
