Role: Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker (Significant Disabilities)Employment Type: CasualLocation: Tweed HeadsAs a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young person living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) who is non-verbal and has complex, high-care support needs.
You will provide compassionate, person-centred care that promotes the young person's safety, wellbeing, independence,
and quality of life.
Using a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach, you will build a safe, consistent, and trusting relationship that promotes emotional regulation and wellbeing.Our residential homes operate 24/7, and successful applicants will have the opportunity to work a roster which can include morning, afternoon, sleepovers, active nights and weekend shifts.
