In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering a major transformation program, as the Project Manager, you will lead the implementation and integration of multiple Technology applications that will support the new fleet of regional trains. This includes both adapting existing platforms and introducing new applications, some being delivered for the first time in our network.
In this high-stakes, fast-paced environment, you will:
- Drive end to end project delivery across a diverse ecosystem of vendors, technical specialists, and business stakeholders
- Manage complex integration tasks across infrastructure, applications, and operational technology landscapes
- Oversee all aspects of scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, risk and issue management, governance reporting (including steerco), and compliance
- Ensure seamless coordination across TfNSW teams, program streams, and external partners to meet critical program milestones.
This is a fixed term full time opportunity up to June ****. The home location of this role is based at Macquarie Park with flexible work practices supported.

About you
You are a highly disciplined, hands on project manager with a proven track record delivering large, technically complex programs—ideally across transport, technology infrastructure,



or multi application integration environments.
You bring:
• Strong technical literacy across Technology systems, data flows, infrastructure, and integration dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience managing concurrent applications or system deployments.
• Exceptional planning and delivery discipline, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and keep teams aligned toward outcomes.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills across senior executives, engineers, vendors, operations, and frontline teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity at both strategic and operational levels.
