This role is accountable for leading the end‐to‐end mortgages business while also overseeing ING's insurance portfolio, playing a pivotal part in shaping and delivering ING's broader enterprise agenda. Key focus areas include strengthening alignment across the mortgages, digital and insurance ecosystems to ensure cohesive strategy, seamless customer
experiences
and effective execution across these interconnected areas as we pursue our growth ambitions.
