About Us
Party Town is WA's premier party store, home to Luna Balloon Club, based in the heart of Claremont.
We're vibrant, creative, and a little bit chaotic in the best way - helping people celebrate birthdays, weddings and everything in between.
Led by our owners, our team doesn't just sell balloons and party supplies - we help people mark the moments that matter.
The Role
You'll work across both brands, so no two days look the same:
? Balloon making, styling and decorating for orders and events
? Driving the van for deliveries and on-site event setups
? Serving customers in-store with genuine energy
✅ Keeping the store looking sharp and stunning
Taking on more responsibility and helping lead the team as you grow into the role
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Full C class driver's licence with a clean driving record.
non-negotiable, you'll be driving regularly
Available every Friday and Saturday.
Honest, reliable and a genuinely hard worker
Organised, with the ability to multitask under pressure
Nice-to-haves:
Retail or customer service experience
Balloon experience (training provided if not!)
A valuable eye for colour,



design and creativity
Comfortable leading a team or working independently when needed
The Growth Opportunity
For the right person, this role isn't a dead end, it's a starting point.
We're actively building towards store manager and assistant manager roles, and we'd rather grow our own than look outside.
That means more responsibility, more trust and more pay as you prove yourself.
It's not handed to anyone, and it's not guaranteed, but if you're reliable, sharp and want it, the pathway is real.
