About the Role:
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and providing expert product knowledge across multiple leading automotive brands
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving and exceeding sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up throughout the sales journey
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Consistently deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive, professional and high-performing team culture
About YOU:
Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer service
A motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys achieving results
A confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail




Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations
Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays
Essential Requirements
Current WA Driver's Licence
Vehicle Salesperson's Licence or the ability to obtain one
Previous dealership sales experience is highly regarded
