Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School is seeking an energetic, experienced, and Diploma-qualified professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.
This position encompasses our Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programmes.

Key Responsibilities
As the OSHC Coordinator, you will:
Lead Programming:
Design and implement engaging daily activities tailored to student needs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and support a small team of dedicated educators.
Community Engagement:
Maintain clear, positive communication with families, school staff, and the broader community.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including My Time, Our Place (MTOP) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Service Governance:
Act as the Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person for the service.
Hours & Working Conditions
Core Hours:
Permanent Part-Time (approx. 2:00 PM – 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday during term time).
Administration:
Additional admin hours available
Vacation Care:
Full time hours are required during school holiday periods.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:




Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Framework Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge of the NQF, MTOP, and EYLF.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated leadership experience, or a strong drive to step up into a management role.
Core Competencies:
Excellent organisational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Mindset:
A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a positive, compassionate, and values-aligned environment.
