Strategic Partner & Agile Delivery Finance Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Management Subject Matter Expertise and Development Commercial administration, as a centre of excellence: Purchase Order Creation, Goods receipting, Invoice management and processing, Verification of contractual price variation.
Provide SME input into the Project Capitalisation Plans (PCapP) maintained by DFG and subsequent financial rollout of Assets Under Construction (AUC).
Provide partnership between DFG and the projects, including mentoring/guidance on acquisition project finances for new or junior staff.
Reporting Support: Budget Estimate/Additional Estimate development, Support Acquisition Project Reviews (APRs), Budget Planning and Phasings,
Monthly Ledger Management & Phasing, Project financial reporting, PPRIP reporting, Compliance Reporting.
Essential Requirements
Eligible to access US Export Controlled (ITAR) information.
Experience working in complex acquisition or sustainment environments.
Experience applying Export Controls in ITAR and FMS arrangements.
Desirable Requirements
Robust stakeholder engagement skills.
Other Information
Required Security Clearance Level: NV1.
Weekly Hours: 40.
