We are currently seeking two passionate Beauty Therapists to join our established Ella Baché salon.
With a long-standing reputation for excellence in skin health, our clinic is known for professionalism and personalised client care.
We have two positions available:
• Senior Beauty Therapist (Cert IV or Diploma qualified)
• Junior Beauty Therapist (newly qualified welcome)
This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about skin, value exceptional client experiences, and want to grow their career within a globally respected skincare brand.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty and skin treatments while building long-term relationships with our loyal clientele.
You will work closely with experienced, award-winning therapists in a supportive and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing a full range of salon beauty treatments
• Delivering personalised skin consultations and homecare advice
• Providing exceptional customer service at every client touchpoint
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism
• Working collaboratively within a close-knit award winning team
• Meeting treatment and retail performance targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Impeccable personal presentation and a positive,



enthusiastic attitude
• A genuine passion for skin health and client care
• Confidence performing all core beauty treatments
• Knowledge and experience with traditional hot wax,* highly regarded
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• A willingness to learn, grow, and engage in ongoing training
Ella Baché product knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Full training will be provided, including advanced skin education and treatment protocols.

Availability Requirements
• Must be available to work late trading Thursdays on rosters
• Must be available to work Saturdays on rotating rosters
