Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

/n

Service Location: Blackburn North

/n

Located at a lovely Primary School in Blackburn, this service has its own dedicated space with an outdoor area and access to the school stadium. A wonderful group of children, this service is well established and is looking for a dedicated OSHC professional to maintain the high standards and build on the existing positive relationships with the school, families and children.

/n

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

/n

- Before School Care: 7:00 - 9:00am

/n

- After School Care: 2:30 - 6:00pm

/n

- Admin: 5 hours

/n

- Total hours: 32.5

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build solid relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!

- As part of Team Kids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with Team Kids.
