We're looking for an energetic, reliable team member to join our Springvale Tile Store in a varied role that combines trade counter sales, showroom support and warehouse operations. No two days are the same—you'll be helping tradies, assisting retail customers, operating a forklift, preparing orders and keeping our warehouse running smoothly.

About the role
You'll work across our trade counter, showroom and warehouse, including:
- Assisting trade customers with orders and product enquiries
- Processing sales and customer collections
- Supporting our showroom team during busy periods
- Helping customers find suitable tile products
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a forklift (or undertaking forklift training)
- Maintaining an organised, clean and safe warehouse
- Assisting with stock control and inventory
- Merchandising displays and ensuring our showroom always looks its best
About you
You'll fit in well if you:
- Enjoy providing outstanding customer service
- Like staying active throughout the day
- Have warehouse, trade, retail or building industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Can communicate confidently with customers and team members
- Have good computer skills
- Are reliable, punctual and take pride in your work
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a current forklift licence or are willing to obtain one
Physical requirements
This is an active role that involves:
- Regular manual handling
- Lifting products weighing up to 30 kg
- Standing, walking and moving throughout the day
- Working safely in a warehouse environment
Hours
- Full-time position
- Five-day working week
- Includes Saturdays (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- Rostered Day Off every Friday
- Springvale location with onsite parking
