Tennis QLD is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide friendly, qualified, and effective service to Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC) members and guests. The role includes café tasks and Pro Shop merchandise sales, plus administrative support across programs and services.
Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, you will deliver top-tier customer care, manage records, identify prospects, and contribute to a positive team culture while supporting the commercial viability of QTC.
