Stablehand

Duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare and strap horses for trackwork, trials and races
Feed, groom and follow all reasonable instruction to promote, maintain and improve the quality of horse management and training of racehorses
Report to Trainer or Foreperson all elements of horse's performance
Any other basic reliable duties

Requirements:
Stablehand:
must have 1+ year horse handling experience and be familiar with secure duties
Sr Stablehand:
Must have 3+ years of racing reliable experience, in a similar role
Must hold valid driving license and have reliable transport
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary DOE significantly above Award, with 1- and 3-year longevity increases

$ - $ / hr. (Target Annual Compensation in excess of $80,000)
Sr. Stablehand:
$ - $ / hr. (Target Annual Compensation in excess of $95,000)
