Training Alliance Group (TAG) is seeking a dedicated Parent Pathways Mentor to support families across Rockingham, Cannington, Cockburn, and surrounding suburbs. This full time, permanent role focuses on hands-on support to help parents and caregivers achieve practical steps toward brighter futures for themselves and their children.
You'll deliver person-centered case management, address both vocational and non-vocational needs, and connect families with the right services and partners.
