We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Wagga store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team, will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:
key holder - opening and closing procedures
daily team delegation and motivation
team building
inventory management
integrated involvement with head office
administration, rostering and banking
exceptional customer service
register operations and cash handling
creative merchandising + store upkeep
stock handling
fulfilment of weekly training courses
learning about toys, games and hobbies
What makes you an ideal candidate?
Minimum 5 day availability required (Tuesday-Saturday)
Flexibility with working hours on occasion
Previous retail management experience (+3 Years)
A solid work ethic, with a can-do attitude!
Ability to learn on the job in a rapid-paced workplace
