Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned sales department
Support, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries and assist in closing deals
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales strategies
What we are looking for?
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-driven with a positive and proactive attitude Confident.
Autonomous and the Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to go beyond your normal duties
