Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers in the food service and retail sectors to grow our client base.
Build solid, lasting relationships with recent and existing customers.
Promote and sell our diverse range of Japanese food products.
Process orders, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to your manager.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed.
Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.




Visit clients to uncover new opportunities and provide support.
Prepare quotes, record orders, and help arrange deliveries.
Occasionally assist with deliveries or in office sales support when required.
Pitch in with general team duties as needed.
Requirements and Skills
A valid driver's license (essential).
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean is highly regarded, but not essential.
Sound understanding of Japanese culture and cuisine will be a bonus.
Physically able to lift and move goods up to 25kg.
Most importantly: someone who's proactive, reliable, and enjoys working with people.
