Role Description This is a full time, on-site Used Vehicle Sales Consultant role based at Blood Toyota in Geelong, VIC.
The consultant will greet and engage customers, identify their vehicle needs and budget, and present suitable used vehicle options with explicit explanations of features, benefits, and pricing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting test drives, preparing accurate quotations, and guiding customers through the sales process, including trade-ins and finance or insurance referrals.
The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the used vehicle inventory, completing required documentation, following dealership sales processes, and providing follow-up communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
The consultant will collaborate with the broader sales and service team to meet individual and dealership sales targets while upholding Blood Toyota's customer service standards.Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, relationship building,



and handling customer enquiries professionally.Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain vehicle features clearly and negotiate in a respectful, solutions-focused manner.Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, attention to detail, and effective time management.Basic digital literacy, including use of dealership CRM systems, email, and online vehicle listings.Knowledge of motor vehicles and interest in the automotive industry; prior experience in vehicle sales or retail sales is highly regarded.Ability to work on-site in Geelong, VIC, including weekends or extended hours as required in a dealership environment.Valid driver's license and protected driving record.Professional, ethical approach with a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful customer service to all community members.
