Job Description
Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, productive service.
Assist customers with fueling their vehicles(when requested) and processing payments.
Car Hire Operations:
Manage car rental bookings, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Answer customer inquiries regarding car rental options.
Prepare rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness before and after rentals.
Service Station Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt, pumps, and service station shop
Restock shelves & fridges
